Can I buy the current products online?
You can browse products and estimated prices now, then use “Check availability” to request a confirmed quote. Online checkout opens only when supplier terms, stock, cost and freight have been confirmed. An enquiry does not take payment.
Where do I find the model number?
Look for the equipment rating plate. Common locations include an accessible door frame, inside cabinet wall or underside. Copy the complete model and serial number. Avoid removing covers or moving heavy equipment unsafely.
Does a matching brand mean the part fits?
No. Match the exact model, revision and part number. Seals, hoses, filters and hinges can differ within one product range.
Are these genuine or compatible parts?
Check the product description and request written confirmation. A supplier or equipment brand name is not by itself a statement that a replacement is genuine.
Can you supply only one low-value part?
Ask us. Some consumables are practical only in manufacturer packs or larger orders once delivery and handling are included. We will confirm quantity before an order is agreed.
When will my order arrive?
Availability and the expected delivery window depend on the supplier, product and postcode. They are confirmed with the quote; there is no site-wide same-day dispatch promise.
What happens if it is faulty?

Can you install a replacement?
PartStock supplies parts and information, not installation services. Use an appropriately qualified professional for electrical, gas, plumbing or other regulated work.
